Issuing certificates

Estonian Air issues certificates regarding bookings, payment for tickets and taking the flight on the basis of written application from a person or company.
 

Please send the application to AS Estonian Air, Lennujaama 13, 11101 Tallinn by ordinary mail or by fax +372 60 16 092 or by e-mail kantselei@estonian-air.ee.
 

Certificates are issued by Estonian Air ticket office at Tallinn airport. Individuals will receive the certificate against identity document; representatives of companies upon presenting a copy of B-card of the company register and a power of attorney.
 

A fee of 200 kroons + V.A.T. per certificate will be collected at the ticket office.
Arising from the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act Estonian Air does not issue passenger lists.
 

Information requests from law enforcement authorities are handled as an exception in accordance with a special procedure.
