Group fare sale rules
Minimum group size in Economy Class is 10 passengers travelling together. Applicable group fare depends on the size of the group, destination and booking situation.
Special offers do not apply to group fares.

Please send us the following information in case there are 10 or more people travelling together:
- Destination (one-way, roundtrip)
- Departure date, Return date
- Number of passengers (Adults, Children (2-11 yrs), Infants (0-1 yrs))
- Contact details (First name, Family name, Phone Number, E-mail)
We will provide you with further information regarding group bookings in our response E-mail.
Deposit
Deposit is a charge for holding the seats for the group. Payment of the deposit shall not be regarded as prepayment or Contract of Carriage or booking; Contract of Carriage between Estonian Air and a passenger who is member of a Group is concluded at the time of announcing the name of the passenger or final settlement of the account to Estonian Air bank account.

Stockholm (ARN), Oslo (OSL), Copenhagen (CPH), Minsk (MSQ), Kiev (KBP), Moscow (SVO), St Petersburg (LED), Vilnius (VNO), Kuressaare (URE), Stockholm-Kuressaare (STO-URE), Stockholm-Pärnu (STO-EPU), Stockholm-Tartu (STO-TAY), Berlin (TXL), Hamburg (HAM).
Return flight EEK 450/EUR 30 per passenger; one way EEK 250/EUR 20 per passenger.
Long flights
London (LGW), Dublin (DUB), Brussels (BRU), Barcelona (BCN), Paris (CDG), Milan (MIL), Rome (FCO), Amsterdam (AMS), Athens (ATH), Nice (NCE).
Return flight EEK 785/EUR 50 per passenger; one-way flight EEK 450/EUR 30 per passenger.
Payment of the deposit
The deposit is payable:
- Less than 60 days to departure within 7 days of accepting the offer;
- 60-180 days to departure within 14 days of accepting the offer;
- More than 180 days to departure within 30 days of accepting the offer.
Estonian Air has the right to change the deposit amount and deadline.
Seats are held from receipt of the deposit amount on Estonian Air bank account.
Final settlement
Final invoice shall be paid and received on Estonian Air bank account latest 30 days before the departure. Estonian Air reserves the right to demand final settlement before the advised deadline, if the requested flight(s) show a high demand. If the final invoice is not paid immediately, the seats will be cancelled without returning the deposit.
Deposit refund
Deposit is refunded after the final invoice shall be paid and received on Estonian Air bank account. Deposit paid for a cancelled seat (for member of a group who has not concluded the Contract of Carriage) is non-refundable. Estonian Air has the right to change the fare for the remaining passengers, if the size of the group decreases more than 20%.
In case Estonian Air changes the flight schedule, Estonian Air will, if possible, either offer alternative flights together with a possible fare change, or refund the deposit.
Splitting the group
Splitting of the group is allowed by the way of exception in Estonian Air flight only before outbound departure for a charge of EEK 300/EUR 20 per passenger.
Ticketing
E-Tickets for the passengers of a group shall be issued after the name(s) have been advised and final settlement received on the bank account of Estonian Air. Tickets shall be issued latest 14 office days before the departure. Groups contact person will receive by e-mail booking confirmation that includes detailed information of groups travel.
Group catering on board
From 9 February 2010 Travel Class passengers are offered snacks and soft drinks on longer flights and only soft drinks on flights that last less than 1 hour in order to make the flight more enjoyable. Group passengers have the possibility to order extra hot meal on regular flights that last more than 1,5h. More detailed information form Estonian Air group department.
Name change
Before ticketing: free of charge.
After ticketing allowed in case of completely unused tickets for a charge of EEK 1175/EUR 75 per passenger.
Ticket change and refund
Changes for group tickets are not permitted.
The ticket is fully refundable up to 31 days before the outbound departure (except the service fee and deposit). 30 and less days before the outbound departure, on the day of the outbound departure or after the outbound departure refund is not permitted except for airport taxes.
