Onboard service on Estonian Air flights
From 9 February 2010 Travel Class passengers are offered snacks and soft drinks on longer flights and only soft drinks on flights that last less than 1 hour in order to make the flight more enjoyable.
Premium Class
In the Premium Class cabin travel passengers with classical Business Class tickets, plus passengers travelling on Flexible Economy fares. All passengers in the Premium Class cabin may enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner and beverages on all our scheduled flights. Menu types are planned according to the flight time and departure. Special meal can be ordered at least 24 h before scheduled departure via Estonian Air Customer Service or your travel agency.
Travel ClassTravel Class is designed for passengers with Economy fare tickets (Internet-only, campaign fares and lowest Economy fares). Passengers in the Travel Class cabin will be served a small snack (except on flights that last less than 1 h) and soft drinks according to the flight time and departure. Alcoholic beverages and additional snacks can be bought from the mini-bar. Payment for buy-on-board items will be accepted by Visa and MasterCard credit card or in cash EEK and EUR. Travel Class passengers have the possibility to order hot meal on regular flights that last more than 1.5 h.
Catering for Estonian Air flights is provided by Airo Catering Services Estonia, which belongs to the LSG Sky Chefs concern. LSG Sky Chefs concern embraces one third of the world`s airline catering market.
Flight Shop
Please be advised that on our services between Estonia and other EU countries, the Flight Shop is opened only on the flights departing from Tallinn. On our services to non-EU countries, the Flight Shop is opened on both directions. Take a look at the items and prices in our Flight Shop. Flight Shop is available only onboard of Boeing aircraft.
Smoking & electronic devices regulations
Smoking is not permitted on any Estonian Air flight, including charter flights.
Portable electronic devices containing a radio transmitter or receiver may interfere with the aircraft's navigation system and may not be used during the flight. Other electronic equipment may not be used during take-off and landing. Mobile phones must be turned off during the entire stay on board.
