Estonian Air passenger number up almost 5% in June

In June Estonian Air carried 60 415 passengers, out of which 55 209 on regular flights. The total number of passengers increased 4.8%, of which on charter flights increased by 69% and on regular flights by 1.1% y-o-y.  

In the first six months Estonian Air carried altogether 264 716 passengers, out of which 236 474 on regular flights. Estonian Air carried from Tallinn 251 287 passengers. The total number of passengers decreased 4.5% y-o-y, on regular flights 5.7%.

In the first six months the market share of Estonian Air in the regular flights segment at Tallinn Airport was 42%, which is 3.4 percentage points lower y-o-y. The total market share (regular and charter flights) was 39.6%, which is 2.3 percentage points lower y-o-y.

In the first six months Estonian Air operated 4969 flights. In June Estonian Air operated 947 flights, which is 7.6% more flights y-o-y.

In the first six months the regularity of Estonian Air was 97.3% and the 15-minute punctuality was 86.8%. In June the regularity and punctuality were 98.7% and 87.9% respectively.
