Special baggage

Cello

Cello may be transported in the cabin but it may not be larger than 150x35x50 cm and may not weigh more than 75 kg. A separate ticket must be bought for cello 

Golf equipment

Charge is EUR 20 and it may not be included in the free baggage allowance.

Archery and fishing equipment

Archery and fishing equipment may be included in the free baggage allowance.

Windsurf equipment

Windsurf equipment charge is EUR 100 and it may not be included in the free baggage allowance.

Snow and water ski sets

Charge is EUR 20 and it may not be included in the free baggage allowance.Bicycle

Bicycle transport

The fare for transporting bicycles is EUR35/EEK550 per bike per flight/leg. On Kuressaare route the fee is 16 EUR/EEK255 per flight.

Surfboarding and kite equipment

Charge is EUR 35 and it may not be included in the free baggage allowance.

Diving equipment

Charge is EUR 20 and it may not be included in the free baggage allowance.

Weapons and ammunition

Weapons and ammunition are accepted as checked baggage only. Ammunition must be packed separately from the weapons. Ammunition allowance per passenger is 5 kg. If you wish to transport weapons, please contact Estonian Air Call Centre +372 6401160 or your travel agency before your flight.

Starting from 01.FEB 2009 is weapons and ammunitions fee EUR20/EEK315 per direction per passenger.

No additional fee apply to tickets issued before 01.FEB 2009.

Requirements for transportation:

  • non-motorised bicycles are accepted only
  • bicycles are transported in checked baggage only and always charged extra
  • handlebars must be turned parallel with the axis of the bicycle
  • pedals are removed or turned inwards towards the bicycle frame
  • wheels removed and/or firmly fixed to the frame
  • bicycle must be backed in special fortified bag or carton box
