Instructions for passengers whose flight has been altered

The volcanic eruption of Mount Eyjafjallajokull in Iceland has released ash clouds which cause difficulties with air traffic and affect significantly Northern Europe's air traffic. Estonian Air offers passengers the opportunity to exchange their tickets on the same route and in the same service class.

Changing flight dates and re-issuing of tickets must be done by the end of the day on Friday, 31st May 2010. Travel must be completed by 31st of Decembrer 2010.

It is also possible to cancel your ticket and request a full refund. Refund must be completed within ticket validity (during 1 year started the original flight cancelled).

In case of tickets purchased elsewhere, please apply for refund to the place of purchase (your travel agency).

Due to the cancellation, you may apply for a refund for an unused ticket using the Refund Application Form
