E-ticket

What is e-ticket?
E-ticket (electronic ticket) is a development of paper ticket that enables travelling without a paper ticket. Electronic booking system saves safely all the data about your trip in the data base. E-tickets are easy to use, and they make the travel experience swift and smooth from the moment of purchase until boarding the aircraft.

Purchasing e-ticket
Purchasing e-ticket is similar to purchasing paper ticket. You will receive booking confirmation that includes detailed information of your travel.

How to be sure that you have succeeded in purchasing e-ticket?
In case you purchase your ticket via Internet, e-ticket number will be displayed on the confirmation page that opens on the web site, and in the e-mail that confirms the purchase. Ticket number will also be saved in the data base of the airline. If you receive a ticket number, you may rest assured that you have succeeded in purchasing your ticket.

Check-in with e-ticket
It is recommended to arrive at the airport for check-in at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. Check-in is compulsory to all passengers, regardless of whether travelling with paper ticket or e-ticket. In order to avoid problems at check-in, it is recommended to print out your booking confirmation and take it with you. You can check in at check-in counter, via Internet (flights departing TLL, BRU, URE) or at check-in kiosks (TLL). Read more about self-service check in.
