Saare Golf

The Saare Golf Course is a convenient 15 minute walk from Kuressaare’s town centre and its many attractions which include its famous medieval castle, beaches and numerous spas.

The 18-hole, Par 72, 6310 meter course was designed by the well known Finnish course architekt Lassi Pekka Tilander with the aim of creating a championship level course suitable for international tournaments. Developed using today’s best technology and practices, the course has been designed to to meet all USGA standards. Its scenic, undulating fairways form a natural extension of Saaremaa’s unique wilderness. Also included in the facility are an Audi Driving range, 2 par 3 holes, practice bunkers, putting and chipping greens.

70 seat restaurant and bar is located on the 2nd floor of the Club house which caters to the golf members, guests and the public at large. The kitchen is managed by Michael Bhoola who is well known as the head chef for the highly rated Pegasus restaurant in Tallinn. Catering services are provided for seminars and other special events. Packed lunches are available from the café for golfers or hikers.
